More than 20 people are homeless after a three-alarm fire gutted an apartment building in Gastown.
The blaze broke out around 5 a.m. Tuesday. Fire crews remain at the scene this morning near Alexander and Columbia Streets.Emergency social services are dealing with distraught people on site.
