Or how about dressing all in black, and carrying around a Sharpie felt pen and a bunch of 'Hello, my name is' name tag stickers. When people ask what you are dressed as, ask them to write their name on a tag and stick it to you somewhere - and then tell them you are an Identity Thief! Great way to meet new people! Haha!
This one is easy and inexpensive to do! Dress all in WHITE - including a white hoodie. Use duck tape or a black felt pen, and apply tape or draw the *bones* of a stick man onto your white clothing. Paint your face white and draw black circles around your eyes and a black happy smile around your mouth! You're a Stick Man!
