| Biography
Keith Roy - Team Leader Keith is the team leader of Keith Roy and Associates at Macdonald Realty. Born in Vancouver, BC, Keith has known the city his whole life. He enjoys kayaking, camping, studying negotiation and selling homes. Keith graduated from Vancouver College High School, holds a BA in political science from the University of Guelph and a post graduate diploma in sales and marketing from the Sauder School of Business at UBC. He is a licensed Realtor and a member of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver.
Active in our Community
Keith serves on the Marpole-Oakridge Community Centre Association Board of Directors, volunteers for municipal and federal election activities and founded the anti crime group, Enough is Enough to pressure provincial election candidates to get tough on crime. He frequently comments in the media on matters relating to Canada's head of State, as the Western Canadian Vice Chairman of the Monarchist League of Canada.
Awards
Keith has been ranked in the top 10% of all greater Vancouver Realtors for the last 3 years. He has also received many sales achievement awards from Macdonald Realty for top sales. In 2002 he was awarded the Queen's Golden Jubilee Medal for community service.

Keith is a frequent face in the Vancouver media on matters relating to real estate, crime and the Monarchy. He was also the subject of a 2009/2010 National Film Board web-documentary about the effect of the recession on Canadians.
Taryn Lees - Client Care Manager
Taryn joined Keith Roy and Associates at Macdonald Realty in January 2010. She has studied business at Langara College and art history throughout Europe. As a licensed REALTOR, Taryn helps our clients with scheduling, documentation, updates, showings and inquiries.
Born and raised in Vancouver and Richmond, Taryn is intimately familiar with the city and can offer insight into the planning, development and attributes of various lower mainland neighbourhoods.
When she’s not busy assisting clients, Taryn enjoys kayaking, camping, teaching swim lessons to children under 12 at Aquaventures Swim Centre, and volunteering her time with charitable organizations, including Habitat for Humanity and Cops for Cancer. |
