A dedicated service professional in the marketing and service industries, Keith understands not only the intricacies of targeted marketing and fair negotiations, but the subtleties involved in buying and selling a home. "I personally understand there are not only financial and logistical decisions and pressures," Keith says, "but also emotional considerations."
Born and raised in British Columbia (graduating from Vancouver College), after spending five years in Ontario and Nova Scotia , Keith has chosen to settle in Vancouver, noting it is "a preferred lifestyle atmosphere." When buying or selling a home in the lower mainland, one is concerned not only with layouts and sound construction, but emerging traffic flows, emerging public transit expansion, new development and access to waterfront, mountains, and public recreation facilities. These are issues Keith has studied extensively and is committed to bringing to you as part of his full service package.
Keith, a Certified Sales Executive through Sales and Marketing Executives International, has extensive experience in product marketing, customer relationship management, direct training in negotiations and local government. Fully trained and licensed by the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver and has a diploma in Marketing and Sales from the UBC Sauder School of Business, he is also a strong believer in community service, is a member of the Rotary club of Vancouver-Arbutus and was awarded the Queen's Golden Jubilee Medal in 2002. |
